Experience and Expertise

CONSTITUTIONAL LAW. RELENTLESS STRATEGY.

For over 20 years, Blake Trial Law has taken on powerful institutions—from cities and counties to law enforcement agencies and large employers. Whether we’re working under Section 1983, the ADA, Title VII, or the First Amendment, we use strategic litigation to expose injustice and secure results for our clients.

our fair, transparent and easy process

Our streamlined process ensures you’re informed and involved at every stage

Our approach is always aligned with your best interest. That means no upfront costs and no hidden fees. We work on a contingency basis—so you only pay if we win your case. In accordance with Florida Bar guidelines, our fee structure is:

  • 33.33% if your case settles before filing

  • 40% if it proceeds to litigation

Your fight for justice shouldn’t be limited by finances. We’re in this together.

Every civil rights case begins with listening. During our first meeting, we’ll hear your story, review any documentation you have, and discuss the potential legal pathways. Whether you’re facing police misconduct, workplace discrimination, or retaliation for exercising your rights, we’ll provide clear next steps and honest insight into your options.

Civil rights cases often hinge on difficult-to-access evidence. Our team will dig deep to secure body cam footage, internal memos, complaint records, surveillance videos, personnel files, or other critical data. We also interview witnesses, issue subpoenas, and work with experts to reconstruct timelines and demonstrate systemic violations.

When appropriate, we’ll engage with the responsible parties to pursue a resolution that delivers meaningful compensation and, in some cases, policy reform. Whether dealing with municipalities, employers, or institutions, we advocate from a position of strength—ensuring your dignity and voice are never compromised during the process.

If negotiation fails or justice demands a courtroom battle, we’re ready. Our attorneys prepare airtight legal strategies rooted in constitutional law, precedent, and evidence. From depositions to motions, we anticipate defense tactics and build a compelling case that shows the court exactly how your rights were violated.

Winning your case is just one part of the journey. We ensure you understand the outcome, your next steps, and any options for appeal or continued support. Whether it’s a financial award or a public reckoning, we stand beside you until your voice has been fully heard and your rights fully acknowledged.
