Our approach is always aligned with your best interest. That means no upfront costs and no hidden fees. We work on a contingency basis—so you only pay if we win your case. In accordance with Florida Bar guidelines, our fee structure is:
33.33% if your case settles before filing
40% if it proceeds to litigation
